Mr Arthur Tay is the Chairman and CEO of SUTL Group, a global enterprise comprising consumer goods, leisure and lifestyle. An active philanthropist and grassroots leader, he was also awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2023.
He holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance.
Peter Tay
Mr Peter Tay is a shareholder and Executive Director of SUTL Group. He has been with SUTL Group for more than 20 years and is responsible for building projects, building management, logistics and warehouse management.
He graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK with a Bachelor of Engineering.
Chan Kum Tao
Mr Chan Kum Tao is the Chief Financial Officer of SUTL Group. Prior to that, he held senior financial positions in Singapore companies as well as in multinational corporations in Singapore and overseas.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) and a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mr Tan was with KPMG LLP for several years before joining SUTL Group as an Accountant. He had held various managerial positions in the group for 7 years prior to current appointment in 2014.
Mr Tan graduated from the National University of Singapore and University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Business Administration respectively. He is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Alex Tay has served as General Manager of SUTL Group’s Consumer Goods division since 2020, overseeing the Group’s FMCG and branded consumer portfolio across multiple regional markets where he has expanded the Group’s portfolio through strategic partnerships with leading global brands across the Tobacco, Liquor, Confectionary, and Fragrances and Cosmetics segments.
Alex has played a significant role in the Group’s regional expansion and portfolio evolution. During his tenure as Director of SUTL Sports Retailing Pte Ltd, he led the acquisition of Malaysia’s largest Nike-only stores in Singapore. He has also been involved in several corporate transactions, including the acquisitions of subsidiaries within the Group.
Concurrently, Alex serves as the Special Assistant to the CEO of SUTL Enterprise Limited, contributing to enterprise-level strategic initiatives within the marina division. His involvement includes projects such as the successful award of CIQ status of ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove and the recent acquisition of Marina at Keppel Bay.
He has been with SUTL Group since 2011, holding senior leadership roles across key revenue-generating businesses, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from RMIT University, Australia, and an MBA from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School.
